Refund policy
Items purchased on the eStore can be returned within 7 days of receiving the order.
Only new products, unworn and in perfect condition can be returned.
Shipping costs are charged to the customer. Alessandra Avallone will return, within 7 days from the date of receipt of the products by the Customer, the full price paid by the Customer in case of return of the product complete with all its parts and functions (excluding shipping costs).
Return in case of damaged product:
the Customer has the right to return the damaged items within 2 days of receipt of the products, upon communication via email to the address info@alessandraavallone.com . Alessandra Avallone will return, within 10 days from the date of receipt of the products by the Customer, the full price paid by the Customer.
It is also possible to return it to one of our stores by showing the order number.
