1. DEFINITION AND OBJECT OF THE CONTRACT
1.1 This contract (hereinafter simply "Contract") is a distance contract pursuant to art. 50 et seq. Of the Legislative Decree 6 September 2005, n. 206 (hereinafter the "Consumer Code"). The Contract has as its object the sale of movable property between Alessandra Avallone, Via Pavia, 2 80143 Naples VAT number 04496110638 and the consumer (the "Customer"). The Contract is concluded directly through the acceptance by Alessandra Avallone of a purchase proposal issued by the Customer by telephone or via the internet, following the invitation to offer content in the teleshopping broadcasts, on the website www.alessandraavallone.com (hereinafter the "Site") and / or through other distance selling systems of Alessandra Avallone, based on the methods described in the following article 3.

2. PRICES
The sales prices of the products shown on the Alessandra Avallone website include VAT. and all other taxes.
Delivery costs are not included in the price shown on the site.
Customs charges are the responsibility of the customer.

3. PURCHASE AND PAYMENT METHODS
3.1 - The Customer will be allowed to choose one of the following payment methods: (a) paypal, Stripe, Credit Card; or (b) by any other means of payment from time to time indicated as valid by Alessandra Avallone through the transmissions on the Site.

4. DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS - COMPLAINTS
4.1 - Alessandra Avallone will ship within seven days of receiving the order via GLS or DHL couriers.

5. AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS
Alessandra Avallone accepts customer orders within the limits of the quantities of the products requested in stock. Therefore, the acceptance by Alessandra Avallone of the purchase proposal submitted by the Customer is subject to the availability of the products in stock. Alessandra Avallone undertakes to promptly notify the Customer of any unforeseeable out of stock due to excess demand or other causes.

6. WARRANTIES AND ASSISTANCE
For the products purchased by the Customer, the rules on guarantees and assistance relating to the sale of consumer goods are applicable to Alessandra Avallone.

7. CUSTOMER OBLIGATIONS
The Customer declares and guarantees: (i) to be a consumer in accordance with the provisions of art. 3 of the Consumer Code; (ii) to be of age; (iii) that the data provided by the same for the execution of the Contract are correct and truthful.

8. EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
8.1 Exchanges
Items purchased on the eStore can be exchanged within 7 days of receiving the order.
Only new products, never worn and in perfect condition, can be exchanged. It is not possible to make the change in case of purchase of personalized products (eg necklaces with name)
Shipping costs are charged to the customer.
It is also possible to exchange it at one of our stores by showing the order number.

8.2 Return
The items purchased on the eStore can be returned within 7 days of receiving the order.
Only new products, unworn and in perfect condition can be returned.
Shipping costs are charged to the customer. Alessandra Avallone will return, within 7 days from the date of receipt of the products by the Customer, the full price paid by the Customer in case of return of the product complete with all its parts and functions (excluding shipping costs).
Return in case of damaged product:
the Customer has the right to return the damaged items within 2 days of receipt of the products, upon notification via email to the address info@alessandraavallone.com. Alessandra Avallone will return, within 10 days from the date of receipt of the products by the Customer, the full price paid by the Customer.
It is also possible to return it to one of our stores. showing your order number.

9. TREATMENT AND CONFIDENTIALITY OF PERSONAL DATA INFORMATION PURSUANT TO D.LGS. 196/03

After this deadline, the data will be deleted or transformed into anonymous form. For detailed data on purchases and services, storage times will not exceed those established by current legislation.

10. JURISDICTION
The Contract is governed by Italian law. Any dispute relating to the application, execution, interpretation and violation of the Agreement will be the responsibility of the Court of Naples.
